Who I Am

This section of the blog is not really going to be added to, I just thought I'd put in some more stuff about what's important to me.  (By the way this is not in order of priority, it's in order of what comes to mind.)

First, my family.
I'm the oldest of 6 kids, with a FANTASTIC mom and dad. =)  Sooooo lucky in that area of my life.

this is me holding my sister Faith a couple months ago.  before I chopped off all my hair.  *sigh* but I'm over it!!! =D

So, I have tons of fun with my family, we are a lot closer as a whole than a lot of other families I see, which I appreciate.

Second, my FRIENDS!!  

I LOVE hanging out with best friends and being silly.  It's just great.  It helps me unwind - or not - and it puts me in a better mood.

Third, my religion.

This is definitely a biggy.  I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, you may have heard them by their nickname, "mormons".  (There's more on this in the "My Religion tab).  I've gone to this church my whole life, and I love it.  Christ is so important to me, and I don't know where'd I'd be without this gospel - It has WAY blessed my life!

I have had opportunities to do things related to the LDS church like.... EFY!!!  And I get to go again this year - SOOOO excited!  Best week of my summer last year, by far.  Well, actually, I did get to play with cousins.  ONE of the best weeks of my summer.

this one MAYBE could have gone with family since it's my amazing cousin... but I'm too lazy to go all the way up there!!  Plus I mentioned it earlier with EFY.  =)  AND, here's the connection to the gospel, thanks to the gospel, I'm sealed to my family forever and Victoria and I can hang out after this life too!! 

PHEW: I think I'm almost done here, I just wanted to add something that's kind of just a random ME fact:

Okay, go back to the important Personal Progress part, I'm done introducing.  =)

I've kind of gone back and read over this, and it kind of sounds stupid to me, but I'm going to leave it anyway because that's what I was like when I wrote it.  Update though, new kid in our family, Francisco (I call him Rico, the rest of the family calls him Javi, ha-vee, after Javier his middle name) - I don't know for sure for sure how long he'll be with us, but we're all hoping that its not going to be a temporary thing =)  My parents became his legal guardians about two months ago, and he just fits.  He's 14, a little younger than my sister Brynne.  I'm really hoping that this all works out and his biological parents are open to the idea of this becoming a permanent thing.

Also, my favorite words are not any of the above, in case you were wondering, I do like the word stupendous, but that's only because it was used in an amazing way in the movie Tangled. In my opinion. =D
